The State of Qatar provided support worth one million US dollars to the Republic of The Gambia as part of its hosting of the fifteenth Organization of Islamic Cooperation summit scheduled to be held in Banjul on May 4-5, 2024.
The support was delivered by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Kuwari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of The Gambia, to His Excellency Dr. Mamadou Tangara, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Affairs of Gambians Abroad.
